This survey is one of the most important ways to help us understand what matters most to you. Your voice guides us to where we should focus, how we need to evolve, and the steps we can take to make CVS Health an even better place to work.

For leaders with existing OrgVitality access (e.g., Fall 2025 Engagement Survey), the link will open the OrgVitality landing page--select 2026 Colleague Voices Engagement Survey to participate.

Eligibility: Colleagues active as of April 3 will receive a personalized survey email invite or can access the survey via QR code or the link below.

Note: 2026 Colleague Voices Engagement Survey results will be available for leaders by June 12.
